I need things like this in my life all the time. Like seriously... how adorable was THIS?! Damn adorable. If I had things this cute and happy all the time, I'd be ok.

Jimin is really adorable. I love when she wrapped their hair and they were like "Dude >_> <_<... wtf?" to each other. And then she was all kinds of smiley and dancy and just really really... cute. And she was sweet in the behind the scenes as well. I like her.

But ngl, I wish I was in her place in this CF. I can't dance worth shit, but I'd bust my ass to learn even that simple step if I could be all flaily with Kyuhyun and Donghae, clearing pores and everything. I'd... I'd get my hair wet to be in that CF... and if you know me, you know that means a lot.

Donghae... see, this is how I think he would've been if he'd been a normal kid who worked a normal job. That one guy that works at the supermarket with his headphones on, jamming to music even while he's working... ESPECIALLY if he's collecting carts in the parking lot. You all know that guy. Yea... I flipped my shit throught the entire song and all the way back home long after the song went off. So that equals 20 minutes. Tarryn flipped out a bit with me... then laughed when I KEPT flipping out.

Spring Break is a BUST.

So my spring break that I had all planned out- going to Destin with my High School friends whom I haven't really done anything with in like... FOR-FUCKING-EVER- just got shot to shit. A middle school friend's older brother was gonna let us use his condo... now the Condo's unavailable. Ok.

Except that whole week that I'd made plans for now doesn't exist... a DAY at Global Wildlife Preserve in Folsom exists... at the END of break.

And all my peeps in college are going "Peace out" and bouncing the hell outta the state... wtf am I supposed to do? I'm not going deal with Mom by my older sister for a week because she's seriously fucking with my older brother's head and I don't like people messing with my older brother (protective younger sister is protective) so I'd be quick to snap at her. My older sister (whose house this would all go down at cuz she's the only one that has one post-Katrina) is starting to be like my mom too... aka NOT COOL!!

So yea... I dunno what to do. I think I'll go wallow in despair and then throw myself all dramatic-like into Lake Pontchartrain; long white dress, hair whipping around my face as I fall to my doom ala slow motion and then the screen cuts to a red rose that I was holding as I fell but somehow ended up behind me on the grass.

Or I can take suggestions. Any ideas?

I did my thing and caught a ridiculous amount of crap.
Mass amount of stuffed animals. Beads- small, large and special, I got them all.

To all my Big Bang fans out there: I CAUGHT DIRTY CASH BEADS!! HELL YEA!! They're gold and white with big ass gold dollar signs on them and they look hella fantastic. I couldn't help but think that the boys need something like it in their lives. Especially TOP and Jiyong. I thought of those two first when I caught it. This needs to happen guys. Hasta pronto.

Got my doubloons, a plastic rose, custom Zulu beads, tomahawks like whoa I got one prolly for each Native American that I know of in my family tree *dies*, and a thong... oh the thong. This is starting to become a yearly tradition. Garter and a thong at two different parades. I got a green one the other year and now a purple one... 2010 = yellow/gold y/y?

Personal best at coconuts too: 6-7 I can't remember, cuz I gave one away to a teacher from New York who was there for her first Mardi Gras and then I caught one for this little girl who was begging for one the entire time. The smiles on those people's faces when I gave them a coconut- something that most people (who don't understand) would scoff at and be like "It's just a painted coconut. What's so special about that?"- made me feel good about myself. I like making people-strangers and friends- happy. I love making them smile. I feel like I was made to do that.

Ok, yea, enough sap. Shout out to my friends mtfanatic,minbeansmexbeam, and Kaji for coming out to the parade at me... even at 6:30 in the morning. You guys are hardcore. I love you so much and I can't tell you how much I appreciated your company. My family loves you guys too! :D

Passed out around 9:30PM which totally beats last year's record of 8PM AT WORK. That's the longest I've ever held out. I'm severely getting better with age.

I woke up around 8 this morning with mildly sore legs, a scratchy throat, sleep grains nearly fusing my lids together in their mass intensity and wild woman hair... I thought to myself... "fuck this shit... I'm going back to bed".

I proceeded to wake up again at 8:35, 10:30 and then around 11:20ish, I decided to get up. I still looked the same.

I felt fantastic.

I love Mardi Gras so much and while I'm sad to see it go, I couldn't have survived another parade ~~yet I would've had to run to that one too.~~ XD

Just took my shower about 45 minutes ago and I feel even better. Throat's still scratchy but hey *shrugs* that's what I get for screaming left and right.

Bonus musing due to something I noticed while showering:

I was contemplating the shower/soak method: shower first then fill the tub and soak to relax my muscles for supporting me through a tiring day at the parades- I ended up not doing it cuz I was being lazy against being lazy... yea... I dunno.
During that time, I was also contemplating the need for bubbles, so I looked at my bubble bath which happened to be turned around so the back of the bottle faced me. That's when I noticed this... interesting... phrase written in all caps on the back:

The Letter M:
1. Music- Marvin Gaye said it best "Music is my heart and soul, more precious than gold." Just because I can't sing or play an instrument doesn't mean I can't appreciate music for what it is: the most beautiful thing on Earth along with happiness. I like what I like and I hope music never goes away.
2. Money- who doesn't love it, it doesn't buy happiness, but it DOES buy you some of the things that can make you happy.
3. Milk Chocolate- It is my favorite kind of chocolate ever!! Seriously, perfect taste. Doesn't need anything added to it to make it delicious!
4. Manga- Now, I wouldn't have even started drawing if it hadn't been for manga... I may not draw a lot now, but it will always hold a special place in my heart. Not to mention I absolutely love the plots.
5. Mom- I cannot even begin to express how much she means to me, we fight... A LOT... but that doesn't mean I will ever stop loving her. I appreciate her so much. She's done a ridiculous amount of things for me, I hope that one day I can do the same for my kids... I hope to make her proud.
6. Magic- Not the hocus pocus stuff... but the kind that happens everyday; like dreams coming true, people falling in love, babies being born. That's REAL magic. But the hocus pocus stuff is damn good too. Everyone needs a little magic in their life.
7. Mystery- The world doesn't need them all to be solved, because mystery is what makes the world special. That's why mystery novels are some of the best out there. And they challenge us to think.
8. Mendez St. - I was born and raised on that street. I lived there till Katrina and I will live there again when my house is built.
9. Moon- I like looking at it at night, because it's so beautiful and stands out against the night sky. Makes for a beautiful picture and has a calming affect. It also has this magical feel about it. Ne?
10. Mardi Gras- Did y'all really think I wasn't gonna mention it? XD Lol. Mardi Gras is what I'm best at and it's my favorite holiday, moreso than Christmas. Yes, all that plastic crap means something to me! And I see more of my family at Mardi Gras than I do at Christmas so it's a time for us to get close and enjoy each other's company again.

So yea, school's closed for a week and I evacuated as of yesterday.

I'm currently at mom's apartment in Houston with my brother and my father. I won't be on the internet as much as I usually am... but I will try and keep in touch. If anyone else evacuated from anywhere to somewhere else... please stay safe and be careful. And hope for the best...

First update as a 20 year old.

So it's my 20th birthday today (whoo for not being a teen and yet STILL not being totally legal...WTF America?!) and I have absolutely no idea what to do with the rest of the time I have in the day. Even though it's the summer, it doesn't always mean everyone's free. ESPECIALLY on Hump Day. So nobody's really off... blah. Do I sit and just watch TV? Stay on the computer till my eyes bleed and I go deaf from the music? But I do that every day... maaaah...

I still gotta pack because I head to New York tomorrow (I never pack till the night before... such a procrastinator!!)... but I dunno what else to do. Has this ever happened to you guys? Oh well, at least my hair looks pretty again. I needed that relaxer so bad... like the world needs music, art, and literature. XD May post pics later.

I KNOW!! I CAN START HYPERVENTILATING OVER WHETHER OR NOT I'M MISSING ANYTHING FOR MY TRIP!! XD

My friend sent me a clip of Miyavi singing 'Happy Birthday'... Miyavi style... he looked so damn drunk and all over the place... it was fabulous.

And apparently I was supposed to have a surprise party... but my 5 year old nephew just told me about it... second year in a row, XD. He's so cute. He literally said: "So we're setting up the party for you and you're totally gonna be surprised." *flail* He's so adorable! I asked my sister, she just laughed and said it was only a cake that he picked out, not a party. But that's totally fine! :D I love my family!

So for now, it's washing clothes and future cake. Lol, then what?
